Location: Loudoun County, Virginia

Project Elements: Community Recreation Area, and entry monument, streetscape, tree conservation and landscape for the entire community.

Tasks:  Schematic design through construction documents.

Of Special Note: 
The community recreation area provides an active focal park for the community residents with a picnic pavilion, open play area, tot lot, fitness stations and trail connections.
